“ Has a company Christmas party here. We had for years been going to the charcoal room but this location was recommended by one of my employees. We had a party of 16 and all I can say is wow. This place is a hidden gem. The service from the comfortable bar to the attentive service was incredible. We ordered everything from apps to deserts, seafood to wagyu steaks and every single item was perfection. The chef made numerous trips out to see how we were doing as well as explain where and how he resourced his ingredients. The manager was always present and the servers were top notch. We have found a new home for our companydepartment functions. This place is a hidden gem. If you havent tried it, do so. You wont be disappointed. Great job and thank you for the wonderful experience. My team really enjoyed it. ”
“ William Bs is a classic modern steakhouse located in the neighborhood Suncoast Casino. I dined at the bar and took in some basketball on the big screen while talking to the friendly bar staff and locals seated next to me. I had the 16oz ribeye with sides of asparagus and sweet potatoes for my main. The steak was cooked and seasoned to perfection. The sweet potatoes were a delicious thanksgivinglike addition. For dessert I had the sticky toffee pudding which was excellent. This will be my new neighborhood hangout! ”
“ I had a horrible day and decided to take myself to a great steak restaurant. Even though I live here in Las Vegas, I hardly treat myself and Im so happy I did tonight at William Bs at the Suncoast. From Kenna, the hostess, Alex my waiter, Trevor my server, and Daniel, who cleaned my table and boxed up my food, I cant say enough about this perfect excellent service I experienced. The Ribeye steak, sauteed mushrooms, baked potato and that butter on my 2 choices of bread was so delicious! Bobby the manager, was an absolute doll and Im glad I got the chance to tell him of my experience. Ill be back to celebrate my birthday in 2 months. Thank you all for making my night. ”
“ We kind of stumbled across this steakhouse at the Sun Coast Casino in Summerlin and drove from the strip. We really didnt have the time to go back to our hotel and change clothes for a more appropriate fine dining restaurant. We were looking for a steakhouse that served Chateaubriand. Called the restaurant and asked about dress code and they said to just come on in. It is a fine dining steakhouse with excellent food, service, ambiance and price. Roger, our server was fantastic, the Manager Bobby took the time to chat with us and we had a great time. My daughter and I had the full course. They started with a sampler cocktail to start. We both also had cocktail and wine. For appetizer Oyster Rockefeller, Crab Cakes and Oyster on the half shell. Table side bread service with a selection to choose from, a great touch. Entree, we ordered the Chateaubriand rare with 3 sauces classic bernaise and chimichurri was our faves and asparagus. Cooked to perfection. Thought we didnt have room for dessert but they had a Passion Fruit Creme Brulee. Couldnt pass that up. Definitely worth the short 20minute drive from the strip. Will definitely be back again in the future for Happy Hour and recommend to our friends and family. ”
“ A new upscale restaurant in Suncoast Hotel and Casino. The food and atmosphere feels as if you plucked a steak house from a new hotel and the strip and put it here. The service was excellent and the bartenders were very friendly and knowledgeable. The food and wine selection was perfect. They have a 40 sea food tower from 4pm5pm that is the best in town. They also have a private dining room that can host guests up to 14 with an 85 inch television. ”

“ The service was very nice, they had a lot of choices for breads, i just wish those breads were warm. My husband was happy with his bone in ribeye. Its a new restaurant but the quite busy already. The service and the food can definitely compare with those fancy restaurants on the trip. Their price is the same with the restaurant on the trip, but we dont have to drive far, we will come back when we want to feel fancy. ”
“ Definitely have to check out this casino steakhouse off the strip! William Bs is located in Sun Coast Casino is definitely a hidden gem! This spot hasnt been opened for long, but with the amazing waitstaff Ruben and Chef Chris they have, you definitely cant tell! We tried their panroasted seafood tower and the 22oz center cut filet mignon Chateaubriand! Meats straight from Creekstone Farms you cant go wrong here! Chef Chris told us about their personal relationship with Creekstone Farms and he definitely doesnt disappoint them good or delicious doesnt even scratch the top of how well prepared it was! Such a beautiful atmosphere and definitely well decorated to match the vibe of a great steak house! ”
